Welcome to mixikid.com. I'm Aaron, and I run this store as Mixikid. These terms are the agreement between you and me when you use this site or buy something from it. I've kept them short and in plain English. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

1. What I sell

This store sells digital products, mainly The 100K Playbook, a PDF ebook. When you buy a digital product, you are buying a licence to use it, not the file itself or the rights to it.

2. Your licence

When you complete a purchase, I grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and read the product for your own use. You can keep it on as many of your own devices as you like and print a copy for yourself.

You can't share, resell, re-upload, redistribute, or give away the file or any substantial part of it, whether for free or for money. You can't use it to create a product of your own that competes with it. Short quotes with credit to Mixikid are fine.

Everything in the products, including the text, layout, illustrations, photos, and the name Mixikid, belongs to me and is protected by copyright. Brand names and product names mentioned inside belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email as a download link, usually within a few minutes of checkout. Download links may have a limit on the number of times they can be used, so save the file once you've downloaded it. If your link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, email me at mixikidinfo@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.

4. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds for change of mind. That said, I'm a person, not a corporation. If you were charged twice, bought the wrong thing by mistake, or the file is genuinely broken, email me and we'll fix it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless your checkout shows otherwise. I can change prices at any time, but a price change won't affect an order you've already placed. Discount codes are valid only for the period stated, can't be combined unless I say so, and can't be applied to past orders. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; I never see or store your card details.

6. What the products are and aren't

The products describe what I did and what worked for me. They are for general information and education only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or business advice, and nothing in them is a promise that you'll get a particular number of views, followers, or dollars. My results are my own and aren't typical. Your results depend on your niche, your effort, timing, the platforms, and plenty of things neither of us control. Use your own judgment and talk to a professional when your situation calls for one.

7. Links to other sites

The products and this site link to third-party sites and products, including the gear I use. Those links are provided for convenience. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what's on them or for anything you buy there. Unless I say otherwise, the links aren't sponsored and I don't earn a commission from them.

8. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details private and let me know if you think someone else is using it. Don't use this site for anything illegal, don't try to break it, and don't scrape it or copy the products.

9. Limits on my liability

I provide the site and the products as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products, and my total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the product in question. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

10. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Mixikid operates. Any dispute will be handled in the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
